If you're unsatisfied with products you purchased, you can return your item(s) as follows:

1) Before shipment

Please submit your refund request to support@bluegic.com. After the order information has been verified, a full refund will be issued excluding transaction fee ($2).

2) During shipment

Please submit your refund request to support@bluegic.com. After the order information has been verified, a full refund will be issued excluding transaction fee and postage.

3) After shipment

- Before returning item(s) by post, please contact us to get a RMA number and a return address instead of opening a return request.
- Please return your item within 30 days of receipt.
- Items must be in unused status and with original package.
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items.

Once the returned item is received, a full refund will be issued excluding transaction fee and postage.
